Plans and packages
What each tier includes, what a run costs, and how checkout works.
Two things can pay for a run: a monthly allowance from a paid package, or credit from your wallet. They are checked in that order, so a subscriber only touches credit once the month's allowance is used up.
The packages

Beyond the monthly allowance, every paid tier bills overage at $0.85 per run, taken from credit. That means a busy month never stops your work; it just draws on the wallet.
What counts as a run
A run is one dispatched piece of real work. Not every message is one, which matters because the cheap ones would otherwise eat your allowance:

Note
Tools do not add runs. A generation with Web Search, Knowledge Base, Auto-Verify and Reflection all switched on is still one run; it just takes longer.
Buying a package

From the sidebar, or from the pricing page if you are signed in.

Pick a package
You are taken to Stripe's hosted checkout; we never see your card.

Pay
You come back to the billing page, which says it is confirming rather than saying it is done.

Wait a moment
Activation is driven by Stripe telling us the payment succeeded, not by the redirect. It usually takes a second or two. Refresh if the page still shows the old plan.
A package shown as Unavailable is not configured for purchase on this deployment; contact support rather than trying repeatedly.
Changing or cancelling
Manage subscription on the billing page opens Stripe's customer portal, where you can change your card, change package or cancel. A cancellation runs to the end of the period you already paid for; the billing page says so while that is pending.
If a payment fails, the page shows a past-due notice and your allowance stops. Updating the card in the portal restores it.
Where the prices come from
Prices are set from measured inference cost. A blended run costs us roughly $0.34; project runs land near $0.37, scratch runs near $0.28, and quick questions near $0.06. Each tier targets a similar margin, and overage is priced above the blended cost so it carries the same margin as a subscription.
